14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any paid plan. If LumiaChatFlow is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of that first payment.

Renewals are not refundable. The guarantee applies to your first payment on a plan, not to subsequent billing periods.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How a refund request actually works

Payments for LumiaChatFlow are handled by PayPro Global, our Merchant of Record.

  1. You submit your refund request through PayPro Global, or contact us via our contact page and we will point you to the right place.
  2. We review every request. We approve or decline within a 48-hour window.
  3. If approved, PayPro Global issues the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are not automatic. Every request is reviewed before any money moves, so please allow for the review window above rather than expecting a same-day credit.

PayPro Global separately retains the right to issue refunds where it is legally or operationally required to do so — for example fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or regulatory and card-scheme obligations.

Fair use

The guarantee is there for customers evaluating the product in good faith. Where a plan's included credits have been consumed abusively, we may reduce or refuse a refund in proportion to that usage.

EU withdrawal rights

Your purchase contract is with PayPro Global, our Merchant of Record, and their buyer Terms & Conditions govern it. Under those Terms (§2.5), EU and UK buyers “expressly consent to the immediate delivery … and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been accessed or activated”, a waiver PayPro Global records through acceptance of its Terms and Conditions during the checkout process.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where those rights give you more than this policy, we honor them.
